Our Founder and CEO

Lisandro Diaz is the founder and CEO of MEDICLEAN+. He is passionate about hygienic environments with 13 years of experience in facility maintenance.

He migrated to Vancouver, Canada in 2019. Later that year, he co-founded Norkru Multiservices, a leading janitorial company collaborating with businesses and professionals.

In 2024, he launched a MEDICLEAN+, a janitorial company that specializes in healthcare cleaning. He recognized that this sector demands a different approach due to the direct impact of service quality on people's health. Healthcare requires highly skilled staff trained in infection prevention, advanced disinfection techniques, and operating in environments where health risks are present.

Lisandro serves as the main contact for all clients, assisting them with implementing a thorough environmental cleaning strategy for their organization.
